Station I: BBQ Chicken @ Gurney Plaza (Old Wing)

Here is the condition, I went into this shop upon my uncle request, when he saw the information online, he was wondering how is this restaurant perform, I went in together with my Mom, Aunt, 2 little cousins and my bro during lunch time.

It was quite "Empty" as in no crowds, make it positively, we do not need to wait for our foods to be served. Less customers in the restaurant, therefore, less employees in the shop, there is only a supervisor and 2 staff in the front line, where I had no idea about the kitchen, but what I saw is one of the front line employee (crew) was taking care of the drinks & desert department as well... In fact only the supervisor and the other staff is mean to serve customers and take down the food orders.

When we stepped into the restaurant, no one comes and serve us or lead us to any table, we are free to sit at anywhere we want, we can even separate table by combining the bill I suppose. That's fine.

We went to the sofa seat but due to insufficient seat available on sofa attached seat, we HAVE to move ourself to the other table that we could fit ourself there without any assistance, that's really FINE for us, but we did not realize whether we distracted other customer who are dining there as the 2 little children with us used to be hyperactive and run all over the place.

We sat down for three minutes I suppose, the supervisor ONLY came to us and gave us the menu and without any greetings or recommendation or any interaction with us. We ordered the food, and the funniest thing is, through out the whole order taking process, he never realized we are having insufficient cutleries on the table as there are six of us with 4 set of cutleries. (Or maybe they suppose children did not need any cutleries when they eat) Until we ask for it, they delivered it by just putting it at the other side that is near to them, thus we have to pass it to my Mom and my Bro who sat at the other side...

Fine, foods are served... Jerk BBQ, Korean Charbroiled, 2 set of Happy Chic...

The differences between "Jerk" and "Charbroiled" is just the matters of Spicy or not, taste is about the same where my aunt complains that the sweet corn in Happy Chic is the frozen corn which does not taste nice at all...

Basically, we should not expect much from this kind of fast food restaurant, so called fast food which does not serve meals fast even there is NO crowd at all!

Thanks to the suggestion, NICE TRY though, but even LOYALTY Card given, there will be NO next time visit if it could be avoided.
